Re: My Grizzlies Are Gone!
Went sledding today, Snow is already tuning to sierra cement. Could of went to sterling no problem if my pos polaris sled didn't blow up. Due for its 5th engine now in 2000 miles. Seen a few avalances, there is one about 1.5 miles up rattlesnake road that came down the front side of signal and wiped...

Re: GETTING STUCK ON TREASURE MTN
Another golden rule about riding in the snow is after a big snow fall. Most snowmoblers will wait at least 24 hours for the snow to settle. Never heard of that one? Hell most of the time we are sledding in the storm. And always try to get out there right after. If you wait too long the snow sets up...

Good news, since it sounds like you did not have the insurance to cover the theft. A few bucks to fix it is better than getting nothing back.

Re: Winter is back...
I was fine with a early spring/summer, but the snow is ok too. Sledding is great about 8 feet of fresh powder by sterling lake, about 2 feet at a time is better. Lots of digging.

Re: RZR XP 900 Test Ride
Nice, the only thing that worries me about them is the rear links from the frame out to the hubs. I would bend those the first time I went rock crawling.

Re: OMF Beadlocking Rims
Some nices rims.
But even sand will destroy the finish. I put 4 new bead lock rims and tires on the sand rail and the rears were hammered after one trip. Everything is getting constantly sand blasted.

Re: How to Make Quad Calif. Steet Legal
Well I have sold all my quads, jeeps and sandrail and was just down to the sled and the current rzr. So like Dave I'm tried of the crap and went street legal. Got a 2008 husky TE510. Its a rocket. Not my bike but exactly the same minus the fender pack. http://i709.photobucket.com/albums/ww100/B_Sede...

sidewalls on my big horns cut and tear easy, but so does the rest of the bighorn in my case.

Re: New RZR coming 1-1-11
$16000, no thanks. and I think I would bend the rear rods on the trailing arm set up.
I like the engine, hopefully it has a better tcase and front diff too.

Re: Pittbulls rocker
Talk to oldtrucks about them. He is a dealer and has a bunch of them. But I wasn't impressed with them on the rubicon. Either they suck on rocks or Larry can't wheel.
