I have a couple friends that have 2004 (they slowed them down in 2005) Brute Force 750's.....unfortunately, those things will eat Polaris 800's for lunch in a race.....they are crazy fast, and are much lighter than the polaris...downside is, they sure do break a lot!

I found what caused it as well....the wiring harness for the stator ran right underneath it....also started rubbing the insulation off some wires..... the harness wire is tight and really doesnt have room to move much. ..so I was wondering if this is on all the sporties? or if i need to take things ...
