I posted some pics from our Easter weekend cruise of the desert.

If you talk nice to me I may even post my Dumont pics... At least the PG rated ones :P

Flat is relative in the desert. The trails are constantly changing... Plus from high up everything looks flat... There are some nice whoops in there that Crash decided to catch some air on. Quite impressive to see that big 500 airborne.

There are a few relatively flat, fast roads for Sportsmans/utility bikes... Conversely, there are a !@#$%load of knarly, whoopy, rocky, goat trails which are more fun... And great for tacoing rims on when you hit them at 45+ mph...

I should probably make a running commentary and post a lot more of the pics we took. THe riding was over 3 days. We covered about 215 miles. I think we managed to wear Crash out, as she was rather vocal about climbing the big rock out of the gully we were in on the last day of riding... =P

Flat was almost the term that was going to describe my bike...I didn't like Woody for that trail/mountain.
But hey I got it out of the gully...after a bit. Plus I went the hard way.
But Seriously

Nice scenery.
