hey roon, I don't worry to much about him. he is low man on the work force, and I am his direct boss a few times a month, so he knows where I am coming from. also, I have asked him a lots of times to join the forum, but you have to be able to read and write and I don't know if anyone from sterling city can do this.

he came back today but didnt bring the pan. Ill get it soon. he didnt find anything he is a very young guy and not the brightest bulb in the pack so he needs a little more experience .
