Re: First Video - Turned Out Pretty Decent!
Thanks Guys!
This was filmed in Grizzly Flats... there really isnt much "trail" riding here, it is actually a fire break/road that is not maintained durring the winter months. The fire break/road is a shortcut that drops down into a canyon between Grizzly Flat and Fairplay/Somerset.
If any of you are familiar with this area, it is the road you would take to get to "Crystal Caves"

Nice work! What software did you use for editing?
I got one of those cams for my birthday last year and still haven't tried it out (got kinda burnt out on making ATV videos). Nice puddle splash, I'm glad to see that the cam is waterproof!

Re: First Video - Turned Out Pretty Decent!
you brought a smile to my face with the puddle splash as well, who can resist.. i know i cant.
looks like some steep dropes there also good job on the video. Now you just need to do a night ride so i can see that light bar in ation . Im sure the camera wouldnt pick it up that well and do it any true justice, and my quads still in recovery mode so wont be seeing every one this up coming week end.

Re: First Video - Turned Out Pretty Decent!
well found a good deal on the rigid light bar so picked one up last night, I wanted the mix one with flood and spot lights but... to save 120$ I settled for the all flood. If I need more ill buy 2 of there dully set ups in all spot, and mount them up as well.
Incase any one else is interested
http://www.amazon.com/Rigid-Industries- ... B003EMACFO
They go for $399 on rigid web site. I called them to see if they would match that deal, but with a mix light set up...the guy I talked to was pissed off I guess they only allow there disrupters to drop 5% of there msrp price needless to say he didn’t match it lol. The best other deal I found was 379$. They sell the 6inch for around the price I got the 10 inch for (my guess a mix up by the company).

Re: First Video - Turned Out Pretty Decent!
I tried out the PowerDirector9 (which was a bit too difficult of a learning curve IMO for a beginer) and Corel Pro x4 which is what I ended up purchasing after trying out the free downloadable 30 day trial of both... for me the Corel Pro x4 was much easier to figure out. Not sure if it matters, but I am running a 64 bit processer FYIGrizzlyGuy wrote:Nice work! What software did you use for editing?

Nice! Congratulations on your purchase. I dont think you will be disappointed with the light output of the flood beam... AMAZING is the best word I can think of to describe the output!Mr. Green wrote:well found a good deal on the rigid light bar so picked one up last night, I wanted the mix one with flood and spot lights but... to save 120$ I settled for the all flood.
Agreed, I do need to try and get a night time video!
My only complaint on the R.I. kit is the switch included with the wiring loom assembly which is NOT waterproof... I have burned out 4 of them already. Still looking into my options for a good waterproof switch that can be neatly mounted, but I havent found what Im looking for yet...
Heres a link to a short review done by one of the guys on my "other forum"... lots of us over there are running these fine lights now! The word is out -
