Sportsman Front Extender and Flat Fuel Pack
Does anyone know if the front reack extender will work with the flat fuel packs?
I want to get to get the rack extender and one more fuel pack for my 2005 Sportsman 700 EFI. This is because I don't like to strap down to the front cover only, it seems to distort it.
I will be using the extra fuel for extended trips away from the trailer.
I looked and it is just too close to tell if there is really enough room...
Thanks
Ken

I am thinking of making my own front rack extenders.
I want to be able to haul two gas packs that would bolt to the stock bolt holes on the front. I would like to know if you (whoever) were to build your own dream rack would be able to do or hold, what mods, equipment (ie..lantern holder, adjustable height stove holder, radio, ect), suggestions anyone may have.
Thanks

Ken were it me I'd keep it simple and just strap the flatpacks on with black rubber bungees or small ratchet straps.Ken's700 wrote:I am thinking of making my own front rack extenders.
