Tire Advice
Ok, I know there has been more than a little discussion on this but I want to distill the opinions to their essence.
I have an 07 King Quad 700. I ride below 30 mph always and I rarely exceed 15 mph. I like to ride technical stuff, but not crazy technical. I have a full time job (no serious injuries please) and do not want to roll my quad down a cliff. I'm looking forward to the snow when it arrives.
The Question: 25" or 26" Bighorns?

You're talking about a 1/2 inch difference in ground clearance (good) vs. a 1/2 inch higher center of gravity (bad). You say you don't ride crazy technical stuff, so I'm guessing that 1/2 inch of ground clearance from the 26" tires wouldn't help very often. But your CG would always be 1/2 higher, so you'd always be riding in a configuration that is slightly more likely to roll with the 26" tires.
So if it were me, I'd go with the 25" tires, especially if you sometimes toss a lot of gear on the racks (raising the CG even more). High CG's can lead to this:

I have a 05 King Quad and run 26 inch Bighorns. If I was riding as you described I'd get 25's. The 26's rub slightly in the rear at high speeds in rough terrain, I'd prefer a narrower rear tire and that would mean going to 25's

You're screwed...all this advice, each different....Why? There are ALWAYS pro's and cons.
25" for trails (no brainer)
26" rocks (clearance, clarence)
26" for snow. If you're on snow, you want as much height as you can get, even more so than rocks.
25" power, but since you drive slow....not a big consideration
26" for tire protect on rim.
Easier?
BTW..moved to Tires.
