Id say you would have to watch in HD to have any chance of seeing the birds, they where some distance shots.

Your choke must be REAL tight to shoot so close to your dogs! #-o

Me thinks it looks a lot closer in the video, than in real life.

Brian...ever shoot trap over at Auburn Trap Club?

na, none off those where that close. The first one looks like it a little close to me on film, but the bird was further away then it looks and the dog was only half way to it maybe and off to the right just bad angel. I also do use a tight choke.

I have never been to any type of Trap club, but i have shot thousands and thousands of clay pigeons. I use to go out every other weekend in high school with a friend or 2. I even have a thrower thats foot oparated so i can go by my self  . I admit i dont go that often any more, just a few times before hunting season, and maybe a few boxes a year with my brother / friends when camping.

I really need to go to a "club" though i need more side to side practice badly and its much easier to practice that if you have electric throwers which im sure most clubs have.

We should go sometime. I'm a member there....not that, that means all that much...just a buck less per round. But I like to support places like that, since I feel very fortunate to be able to drive 5 minutes..literally from my house and shoot stuff...lol.
